Food and Beverage Manager required for top 4 star hotel in Warwickshire with over 210 rooms. You must have previous experience of working within a restaurant and bar in a 4*5 star Hotel. You need to have good people management skills and be able to train and develop team members. You will be required to cover Duty Manager shifts and will be reporting in to the Deputy General Manager. They are looking for an exceptionally standards driven individual who is used to high volume operations. There will be aspects of stock control involved, therefore an understanding of ways to improve GP`s is desirable. There is an additional 10% profit related bonus on top of your salary.
